Full Automated Marketing Platform UNICORN launches
Tokyo, May 10, 2017- Subsidiary of Adways (Head Office: Tokyo, CEO: Haruhisa Okamura) , Bulbit Inc. (Head Office: Tokyo, CEO: Sho Yamada) today announced the launch of UNICORN, a full automated marketing platform for mobile apps. UNICORN predicts the RTB (Real Time Bidding) value of individual impression offered from SSP (Supply Side Platform) in real time and automatically bids at the optimal value for ad campaigns.
UNICORN is currently predicting impression values at over 100,000 impression per second and discovered large amount of mobile marketing traffic is inappropriate for performance marketing.
“UNICORN predicts the value of individual impression one by one. We have been testing the Japanese traffic for 12 months; running over $1 million in ad spend and our conclusion is that a significant amount of mobile traffic in Japan is not a good fit for performance marketing.” says Sho Yamada, CEO and project manager of UNICORN. “Our system identifies fraudulent traffic and blacklists them while for a suspicious traffic, we bid them at a rate that matches its worth. This way we can maintain traffic volume and maintain positive ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) at the same time.”.
Through UNICORN marketing platform, Bulbit aims to save marketer and agency’s time spent on operation and analytics while improving user acquisition performance and ROAS. UNICORN is currently available for Japan traffic while South Korea and Taiwan are being tested. Advertisers can use UNICORN on a CPI (Cost Per Install) basis as of today.
