March 26, 2012 - Tokyo, Japan - Adways Co., Ltd. has completed a strategic partnership agreement with DeNA Co., Ltd., which gives Adways exclusive rights to affiliate advertisement space on DeNA’s Mobage social gaming platform for feature phones and smartphones in Japan.
Details of the strategic partnership are as follows.
1) Adways gains exclusive marketing rights for Mobage’s affiliate advertising space.
Adways will exclusively sell affiliate advertisement space on Mobage, one of the largest social game platforms in Japan. Mobage has over 35,000,000 registered users on feature phone and smart phone.
2) Priority for publishing smart phone social games on Mobage.
Adways has agreed to prioritize its smart phone games releases on Mobage platform.
Reasoning of a strategic partnership is as followed.
The internet mobile and related businesses are growing very quickly for both parties. Adways has high aspirations to continue its position as the market leader in mobile affiliate provider while DeNA will continue its efforts to provide the highest quality in gaming content on Mobage.

Adways will provide popular social games such as ‘World of Monsters’ (which has gained #1 position in iPhone charts) to Mobage platform while Adways will further strengthen its partnership with DeNA’s affiliate service, Pocket Affiliate.
