March 29, 2013　-　NEW DELHI, India Global internet company, Adways and VC Internet Media Private Limited announced a strategic and capital partnership to accelerate the expansion of the Internet Advertising market in India in November 2012. Today Adways announced that it will invest in several stages and eventually hold a 66% stake in the company and will provide VC Internet Media with business knowledge, technology and resources.

Adways established its New Delhi branch in India in July 2012 as a market research and business development hub and has also been aggressively developing their internet and smart-phone advertising business in China, Korea, Taiwan and throughout South East Asia. Founded in 2007, VC manages performance based advertising and has been providing affiliate marketing services in India since 2010.

The partnership will combine Adways’ rapidly growing global network with VC’s strong portfolio of partners and operational knowledge to provide clients with the premier internet and smart-phone advertising solution in India.

This partnership includes investment as well as the incorporation of key Adways directors and management with full respect for VC's original culture.
