Adways transfers group company to CLOUD NINE Inc.
UNICORN Inc.(Head Office: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo, CEO: Sho Yamada), a subsidiary of Adways Inc.(Head Office: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo,CEO: Sho Yamada), has resolved to transfer a portion of the shares of TheSwampman Inc. (Head Office: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo, CEO: Yuji Yokota), the subsidiary of UNICORN Inc., to CLOUD NINE Inc.(Head Office: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo, CEO: Takuya Chigira).
Since its founding, Swampman has been providing consulting on three-dimensional marketing that combines offline and online methods and new businesses to various clients, and has received high praise for its narrative marketing* particularly in marketing.
CLOUD NINE produces and manages a wide range of entertainment-related talents, including artists such as Ado and shallm, as well as composers and illustrators, and also operates “SHOWBIZ,'' a platform where anyone can distribute tie-up songs. With CLOUD NINE Music Inc. as a group company, it explores various methodologies for the changes and evolution of marketing communications surrounding the recent entertainment market.
With this transfer, Swampman will be able to develop narrative marketing to an even wider range of clients, increasing the possibility of expanding its business, and Cloud Nine CLOUD NINE will be able to utilize Swampman's narrative marketing to accelerate business development in the entertainment and Internet fields.
